PAC Enrollment

This form will be used as the official registration form for the Pioneer Adventure Club’s 2026 – 2027 before and after school childcare program.

Please fill out a separate form for each of your children that will be attending PAC this school year. If we would hit capacity, you will receive an email letting you know you are on the wait list. If you do not receive that email, you are officially registered for PAC for the 2026 – 2027 school year.

There will be additional paperwork that must be completed before the first day of the 2026-27 school year (Thursday, August 13) or your child won’t be allowed to attend PAC. This paperwork is on the website, and links will be provided following your registration submission.
